Privacy

You acknowledge that any personal information that you provide through this Site will be used by Avon Moving and Storage LLC in accordance with AvonMovingandStorage.com's Privacy Policy. If you purchase an service on  AvonMovingandStorage.com sold by a Carrier Service, AvonMovingandStorage.com shares certain information with that Carrier Service to permit the Carrier Service to fulfill and ship your order, process returns and provide customer service. AvonMovingandStorage.com requires Carrier Service to keep your information secure and use it only in accordance with the Carrier Service's Carrier Privacy Policy which can be found in the terms and the conditions above.

Service Agreement

This Service Agreement, Customer, Hereafter- you or your, understands and agrees without any modifications to this agreement that they are hiring Avon Moving and Storage LLC , a licensed & bonded transportation brokerage (MC#070685) to assist the card holder in finding a licensed and insured transporter. Avon Moving and Storage LLC  will work diligently to provide a driver but this service is not guaranteed due to unforeseen accidents, inclement weather and unforeseen circumstance, such as mechanical failure, previous delays from other customers, and/or Department of Transportation delays. This Contractual agreement is subject up to 10 business days from the first available pickup date described in the Contract above. I authorize and agree the above amount to be paid to Avon Moving and Storage LLC  to the credit card provided over the phone as a deposit for their service fee (making phone calls for the transport, negotiation prices with potential drivers and posting fees for the dispatch board). This service fee (deposit) is non-refundable if the following two conditions have been met:

A.) Customer's Household Goods/ vehicle has been dispatch or assigned to a carrier.

B.) the customer has not cancel this service order by submitting a cancellation email/ before the 1st available pick up date described in the above contents.

Refund Policy

Due to scheduling and routing reasons, your deposit/fee is not refundable, unless you notify Avon Moving and Storage LLC in writing within 72 hours after booking at info@avonmovingandstorage.com  of your intent to cancel the estimate. A 4% cancellation fee of the deposit will be charged on all credit card refunds. If the first scheduled pickup date is within 5 business days of the date you reserve your move, then your deposit is non-refundable. Understand that if you cancel your move after 72 hours, you are only entitled to receive a credit of your deposit for future interstate moving services to be used by the cardholder within a 12 month period from the date of cancellation. All refunds will be processed by the next billing cycle.
